Adults only
This website is intended only for people at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where they live, whichever is higher. Do not access the site if adult material is unlawful where you are. The entry prompt is a self-declaration, not formal age verification.
Directory, not a video host
NewVideos is an adult-content discovery directory. Media remains hosted by third-party publishers. External links and embedded players are operated by those publishers. We do not claim ownership of third-party media.
Rights, age and consent standards
We aim to list material only where distribution rights, performer age (18 or applicable age of majority) and consent can be documented, and embeds are permitted by the publisher. A listing is not a legal certification. Do not submit or request material involving minors, non-consensual content, exploitation, trafficking, hidden-camera abuse or other unlawful material.
Acceptable use
You must not use the site to violate laws, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, harass people, bypass security or distribute unlawful material. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you.
Third-party services
External publishers operate independently under their own terms and privacy policies. NewVideos does not control their services.
